School trips and excursions provide students with an educational experience away from their regular school environment, and are an integral part of the educational programme at BIST. Trips may be organised around a specific topic in the curriculum, sports competitions, team-building exercises, outdoor education camps, or class rewards. Classes venture into Tbilisi city centre or nearby areas on average twice per term. Each year group from Year 1 up has at least one overnight experience each year. Recent trips include:
