Payment of the Admissions & Assessment Fee of $200 (non-refundable).

Note: By proceeding, the parent/legal representative enrolling the Student represents and warrants that he/she is the duly authorized legal representative of the Student, with full legal capacity and authority to act independently in the Student’s interest, and that no additional consent from any other parent or legal representative is required. Where the parent/legal representative is not a parent, he/she shall provide valid documentation evidencing legal guardianship and authority to act on behalf of the Student. The School shall have no obligation to verify such authority or consent and shall be entitled to rely in good faith on the representations made herein.
