Information we collect When you submit one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or other lead, registration, or inquiry forms, we may collect: your name; email address; phone number; job title and company name; general location; information you choose to provide about your child (such as age or intended year group); and any other details you voluntarily include in the form or in a message to us. On LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, some of these fields may be pre-filled from your LinkedIn profile, and you can review and edit them before submitting. When you submit the form, LinkedIn shares this information with us so we can respond to your request.
3. How we use your information We use the personal data you submit to: respond to your inquiry and provide information about our school, programs, admissions, and events (including webinars); contact you by email, phone, or messaging about your request; arrange visits, consultations, or registrations you have asked for; send you relevant updates about our school where you have agreed to receive them; and improve our services and communications. We will not use your data for unrelated purposes without your consent.
4. Legal basis for processing We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
5. Sharing your information We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with: members of our staff who need it to respond to your request; trusted service providers who help us operate (such as customer-management or communication tools), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. The advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) process your data under their own privacy policies as part of delivering the ad and form.
6. Data retention We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for related administrative purposes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Children’s data Our forms are intended for parents or guardians, not children. If you believe a child has provided us data without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party platforms Our advertisements appear on third-party platforms, including LinkedIn and Meta. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
11. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
