It was a busy two and a half days competition on the school pitch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of last week. BIST and BGA fielded teams as well as visitors from UG School here in Tbilisi, Azerbaijan British College in Baku and Cambridge International School in Yerevan. There were three categories of competition – Under 13 Boys, Under 15 Boys and U15 Girls. The football was non-stop, but there was time to make new friends with our visiting teams. The U13 competition was won by BIST, the U15 competition was won by ABC with BIST coming fourth, and the U15 Girls competition saw BIST2 come in third place and BIST1 take the trophy. Quite a good haul for the trophy cabinet with two championship trophies and a third place trophy. Well done to all our players, coaches and supporting sta.
