Since opening its doors in 2008, the British International School of Tbilisi (BIST) has fostered a thriving community of alumni. With a student body representing over 50 nationalities, BIST graduates enter the world prepared for success in a globalised environment.

BIST fosters a strong alumni network, providing opportunities for graduates to connect with each other and share their experiences. This network offers valuable support and guidance as alumni navigate their university years and beyond. The student body is incredibly diverse with students from over 50 over 50 different countries on roll. There are currently 54 students in post-16 education at BIST education at BIST.

Cambridge A Levels: A History of Excellence

BIST’s senior year curriculum revolves around the globally recognized Cambridge A Level program, recognized by leading universities worldwide. Partnering with Cambridge Assessment International Education ensures access to a rigorous and respected curriculum, equipping students with the knowledge and skills sought after by top institutions

BIST utilises the Cambridge (UK) grading system, focusing on individual student achievement rather than class rankings or grade point averages.  A Level and AS Level exams are graded A*, A, B, C, D, and E.
