Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of lives and devastation caused by the recent earthquake in Turkey. The catastrophe has left hundreds injured and homeless, leaving them vulnerable and in desperate need of aid.

In light of this tragedy, The British International School of Tbilisi & British-Georgian Academy have taken action to support those affected by collecting donations of food, clothing, hygiene products, and other essential items. The generosity and compassion of individuals who have come forward to contribute to this relief effort is truly heartwarming.

On the same day as the donations were collected, they were promptly dispatched from Tbilisi to the affected areas in Turkey. This speedy response was critical in ensuring that those in need receive the aid they require without delay.

As we extend our gratitude to everyone who has contributed thus far, we also acknowledge that there is still much work to be done. We urge others to join us in our efforts to support those affected by this tragedy.
