The IEYC is a research-based curriculum that covers all subject areas. It supports key areas of learning through approaches that are holistic, enquiry-led and play-based. The focus is on a process of learning that captures children’s natural curiosity as a starting point and balances child-initiated and teacher-scaffolded provision within an enabling environment. The IEYC is specifically designed to provide Early Years age students with important building blocks to progress towards the International Primary Curriculum. Early Years (Ages 3-5)
In our Early Years Stage, we create a warm and stimulating environment where learning is fun. We engage in play-based activities that promote and extend children’s curiosity and awareness of the world and encourage children to grow in confidence, self-esteem and independence. Each child is a unique individual with needs that are met in an atmosphere that celebrates diversity. We nurture your child’s social and emotional skills while helping them grow cognitively and physically.
Our Early Years programme is delivered through a wide variety of themes, with topics chosen to spark the interests and imagination of our children reflecting the 8 guiding principles of the IEYC.
